Transparency is at the heart of our mission to return The Railway Inn to its rightful place as the centre of Norton Bridge. We invite all community members, supporters, and potential volunteers to read the full minutes of this meeting now available on our website. Staying informed is the best way to see how we are working together to bring back this essential community resource.

  • Pop up Pub

A taste of what is to come!

We are happy to announce our Pop up Pub will soon be taking place!

When? Saturday the 13th of June 2026

Where? The event field and car park of the Railway Inn, Norton Bridge

We will make the most of the event field, with two marquees, one for the bar and one for our seating, music and tombola – so there is plenty of cover if the weather turns out typically British!

Thai to Go will be serving their delicious meals from 16:00 to 20:00 (or sold out)

We are looking forward to seeing our local community – and hopefully a few people from further away enjoying the atmosphere of a village pub, even if we haven’t quite got the building yet.

There will be a disabled friendly toilet on site, and carparking for a limited number of cars (Some spaces will be reserved for Blue Badge holders)

Our event is family friendly! Friendly dogs are welcome (of course!) but must be on leads at all times.

Dark Star Hophead 3.4% Sponsored by Eccleshall Fish & Chip Shop
